Purchasing a new home can be one of the most important decisions of your life. That is why the South Street Development Group implements numerous quality checks, and puts every home it builds through multiple inspections while under construction, and after completion.


Our people work closely with all new homeowners to make sure the purchasing process is as effortless and fulfilling as possible. Prior to you moving to your new home, a Customer Service Representative will lead you through your pre-possession tour. Along with the appliance warranties and notes contained in your home-owners manual, you’ll take a detailed room by room walk through of your home, learning everything from home systems and cleaning tips, to appliance maintenance and other helpful information.


During your orientation, you will also have the chance to learn about our customer service request process, and have all your questions answered. You will inspect your home with your Customer Service Representative, and point out any items that need attention. These items will be addressed immediately, to ensure that everything in your new home is up to your expectations.
